Hi, I’m Joey Childs, and I’m passionate about helping busy professionals reclaim their health, boost their energy, and build sustainable habits that fit into their demanding lifestyles.

Growing up, I was always insecure about my weight. I know firsthand what it feels like to struggle with health and fitness, especially when life gets busy. In 2020, I weighed 225 pounds, and when COVID hit, I decided to take control of my life. Over the course of six months, I lost 55 pounds and transformed not only my body but also my mindset. I went from 225 to 170 pounds and experienced a major shift in my mental and emotional health. This journey taught me the value of consistent effort, self-discipline, and the importance of overall well-being.

As an online fitness coach, I specialize in helping busy professionals—just like you—achieve their health and fitness goals without sacrificing their careers or personal lives. I understand how challenging it can be to prioritize your health while managing a hectic schedule, but I believe it’s entirely possible with the right guidance and strategies. My coaching is designed to fit seamlessly into your life, with personalized workout and nutrition plans tailored to your specific needs and goals.

I’ve made it my mission to show others how fitness can change not just your body but your mindset, confidence, and energy levels. My approach focuses on building long-lasting habits that you can maintain for life, even with a packed schedule.
